Role purpose: Looking for a Sales executive who would be responsible for Educating, comparing and Selling Investments Plans over the call to Interested PB Customers
Role accountabilities and tasks:
1) Fluent English Speaking
2) Selling financial products (Insurance) on phone
3) Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically
4) Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
5) Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
6) Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
7) Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
8) Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication.
9) Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
Qualifications :
Under Graduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate
(No MCA / B. Tech qualification)
Shift Timings – 10AM – 7PM
ELIGIBILITY
Freshers are eligible
No B.Tech
Undergraduates who do not have examinations within next 6 months
Age Limit – min 19 years & max – 27 years.
Open to hiring from any service industry
Salary : 2.5 LPA – 2.75LPA (fixed) + unlimited Incentives
